decent stay but needs improvement

The shuttle driver in the morning was fantastic, bringing a positive energy to the start of my day. My room exceeded expectations. it was unexpectedly comfortable and well-prepared. Also, the proximity to the airport really made my travels easier. I appreciated the convenience of quick transfers.

stayed for 6 nights and couldn't beleive the size of the room, just way too small for my needs. also, the shower had hair on the ceiling, like, so disgusting. i thought i’d at least get some kind of complimentary upgrade for my troubles but all i got was a flimsy lamp. just couldn’t give it a higher rating.
